Alejandro Rojas is an arms dealer in Brazil. He helped supply the Ultranationalists during the Russian Civil War and the OpFor.
Background[]
Alejandro Rojas, or "Alex the Red" started his life in Madrid, Spain in 1981. He was poor as a child and suffered from an abusive father until he and his mother fled from Spain to Rio de Janiero, Brazil to seek out a better life. There he made a name for himself in the various Brazilian gangs, earning his nickname "Alex the Red".
Post-2009[]
As the Russian Civil War heated up, Alejandro Rojas found himself dealing with Ultranationalists in Brazil who wanted guns for cheap. By this time Rojas was in control of several gangs who now called themselves the Brazilian Militia. Rojas struck a deal with the Ultranationalists from then on: He supplied them with bullets, they supplied him with protection and guns.
